What a special day - on November 20th, 2006 we recieved our highly anticipated call for TA! It seemed like such a LONG wait and now 2 years have passed in the blink of an eye.
Yippeee Jesus!! I am so thrilled for you...I guess we could say yesterday we got our TA for Uganda - I will post about it soon, but I leave on Monday December 1st...so that's my "TA"!!
We wanted you to know that we are continuing in prayer for Sydney. We uplift her and ask for miracles for her and know it can happen. Happy Thanksgiving.
Chad and Sandy, At the risk of sounding intrusive, my mother wanted me to share this with you. She is a parish nurse in Wisconsin who has been following your blog along with me (in Ohio) for a couple months now. She just heard of a woman in Madison who's case she says seems really similar to Sydney's, and who just had a very SUCESSFUL and life saving surgery. She is willing to try to get in touch with the surgeon if you are at all interested in finding out more. Feel free to contact me by e-mail (at our blog) if this is something you might want to learn more about. It might be a longshot, and I will not be offended if you are not interested. My mom just wanted me to share. Praying for you and your family, Jill
fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

My husband and I just said a prayer for your beautiful Sydney. Indeed God does have His hand on her and I pray for her complete healing in Jesus name.
